2、Base Treatment: Treat the base layer according to design requirements, including priming or plastering the foundation walls.
3、Adhesive Application: Use suitable adhesive, evenly apply it on the back of the 3D Cement Brick, and paste them on the wall or floor according to design requirements.
4、Brick Laying: Lay the 3D Cement Brick according to the pre-designed layout or drawings, maintaining consistent spacing between each brick.
5、Cutting and Processing: Cut and process the 3D Cement Bricks as necessary to fit the requirements of edges and special areas for laying.
6、Compact Fixation: Use a rubber hammer or similar tools to compactly fix the laid 3D Cement Brick to ensure they adhere tightly to the base layer.
7、Edge Treatment: Fine-tune and trim the bricks at corners and edges to ensure a neat overall appearance.
8、Grouting: Fill the gaps between bricks with grout to create a smoother and more attractive overall wall or floor surface, enhancing the stability of the bricks.
9、Cleanup: Clean the construction site, removing any residual adhesive and grout, ensuring the wall or floor is tidy and free of debris.
